DataStaff, Inc. (DSI) founded in 1998, is a small North Carolina HUB and WBENC certified (WBE and WOSB) women-owned business. DSI is a full-service professional staffing company that places high-level, reliable contract, contract to hire and permanent positions, as well as Managed Services capabilities. To help clients meet evolving goals and challenges, especially in regards to human service technology, we provide technology integration solutions such as North Carolina Medicaid Management Information Services and North Carolina Families Accessing Services through Technology. Along with our IT solutions, DSI provides citizen engagement and eligibility through Outreach Specialist/Call Center Representatives throughout the United States.

For over 25 years, DSI has a proven track record with state and local governments including the distinction of being the largest IT staff augmentation provider for the state of North Carolina. The DSI team brings expertise in a full range of enterprise systems including Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), Health Benefit Exchanges and Human Services, which includes Child Welfare. DSI is assisting North Carolina in retrofitting the existing MMIS to transition to a Managed Care model. Additionally, DSI is working directly with the Enrollment Broker to ensure a smooth transition for North Carolina’s Medicaid recipients. Since 2009, DSI has helped support a full range of enterprise systems including MMIS, State Level Registries (SLR), Eligibility Systems, Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA), Managed Care, and Pharmacy Benefit Management.
DSI has successfully completed projects in the Government Healthcare IT industry from preparing advanced planning documents, developing RFP's, responding to RFP's, HIPAA compliance, project start-up, Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI), and on-going operations. DSI brings first-hand experience including launching a project and implementing a complete replacement of legacy Health Information Systems. DSI consultants provide project management, strategic planning, quality assurance, testing, development, implementation, and training.
