Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in IT consulting or professional services, including 5+ years leading ServiceNow implementations
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities across multiple modules
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting public sector or highly regulated environments
Familiarity with enterprise transformation initiatives
Certifications (Preferred):
