Solutions Architect
DataStaff, Inc is in need of a Solutions Architect for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients located in Richmond, VA.
*This position remote with some in person meetings
Responsibilities:
- A solutions architect is required to perform operations and maintenance support on legacy .net applications and as needed back up to fulltime resources supporting .net implementations.
- Will be expected to work with the current development team to quickly learn the base system to support and expand it.
Required Skill:
- 5 Years - Experience in solutions architect experience
- 5 Years - Experience in MVC, C#.net, VB.net, ASP.net, .net CORE, Oracle and/or SQL
- 5 Years - Experience designing and implementing applications
- 5 Years - Experience in technical leadership position to provide consultation and advice on major implementations that consider various technical options.
- 5 Years - Experience developing and implementing technical standards
- 5 Years - Experience with utilizing Azure Dev Ops pipeline building for automated code deployments
- 5 Years - Experience with architecture design to include hybrid on-prem/Azure Cloud environments, familiarity with NIST security standards
- 3 Years - Ability to collaboratively develop and deliver solutions with both onsite and remote teams.
- 3 Years - Experience in communicating and coordinating with internal business customers and IT analysts to determine software requirements and system impacts.
- 3 Years - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Entity Framework, jQuery, Ajax
- Experience with SIEM and OKTA implementations
- Hands-on knowledge of identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management
- Experience migrating and supporting services from basic authentication to SAML2.0 and OIDC authentication
- Hands-on knowledge of SSO tools such as Okta preferred
- Familiarity with SIEM/Splunk
