Senior Technical Writer
DataStaff, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Writer for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the NC Health Information Exchange Authority’s process to execute MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts and other agreements is well organized and efficient.
- Work closely with NC HIEA business leads and partners to draft MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements.
- Proactively coordinate with the legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement teams to ensure that all required information is provided, issues are addressed, and agreements satisfy the respective team’s requirements.
- Develop and maintain an organized repository of all NC HIEA agreements and related documentation and collaborate with business leads to ensure programs and services are in alignment with related agreements.
Required Skills:
- 7 Years - Extensive experience drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements
- 5 Years - Familiarity with legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement processes, preferably in the health IT sector
- 5 Years - Extensive experience maintaining organized document repositories in SharePoint
- 5 Years - Familiarity with health IT programs and services, preferably related to interoperability and health information exchange
- 3 Years - Familiarity with the administration of Medicaid Advance Planning Documents and other federal funding processes
