Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce & Enterprise Applications)
DataStaff, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce & Enterprise Applications) for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC.

Job Description:
You will support enterprise technology initiatives across CRM, data, and integrated business platforms. This role serves as a key liaison between operational stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring business objectives are translated into scalable and effective technology solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in enterprise systems, Salesforce configuration, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will contribute to system enhancements, integration initiatives, testing efforts, and continuous improvement programs within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand operational goals, workflows, and technology challenges
- Gather, document, and refine functional and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, process maps, and system specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and third-party vendors to design scalable solutions
- Configure and support Salesforce platform enhancements and integrations
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
- Develop and execute test cases and support user acceptance testing
- Maintain documentation, including process flows, specifications, and system diagrams
- Participate in deployments, release management, and post-implementation support
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with Salesforce administration and declarative tools
- Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and integration concepts
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or enterprise applications support
- Experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, marketing, or data platforms
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise data flows
- Experience supporting Agile or hybrid software delivery environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer
- Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven industries
- Exposure to enterprise integration and automation initiatives
- Prior experience contributing to Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects
