Salesforce Project Lead
DataStaff Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead for a contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC.
*This position is hybrid - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST, 3 days per week in the Raleigh office
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and integrating software solutions on Salesforce.com.
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations, to meet business requirements.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for optimal solution architecture.
- Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models.
- Collaborate with other developers to build maintainable, testable, and efficient systems
- Continue to grow as a developer, staying well-informed about best practices and new functionality on the Force.com platform.
- Actively participate in design and sprint planning sessions, offering relevant solutions and input
- Mentor junior software engineers and perform code reviews.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5 years - Experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications
