DataStaff, Inc is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients located in Oklahoma City, OK.

* The role is hybrid; 2 days on-site, 3 days remote

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator & APEX Developer for a contract engagement within the IT department. In this role, you will focus on the daily management, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing of the Workforce solution built on Salesforce. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, resolve technical issues, and support the critical workforce operations. Confident knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including navigation, managing forms, and field-level security.

Requirements

• Design, configure, update, and maintain forms  
• Configure, update, and maintain field-level security and validations on forms
• APEX Development
• Manage profiles for users and service accounts
• Strong SOQL usage skills, including handling and optimizing queries for best performance, handling cross-table queries, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, including status reporting, requirements discovery with business stakeholders, etc.
• Ability to work independently and complete work in a timely fashion
