DataStaff, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Assists management by maintaining project information, preparing reports and dashboards within ServiceNow, coordinating meetings and ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Collect and analyze portfolio data to help leadership make informed business decisions.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate project and portfolio data from multiple sources.
• Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio reports and executive dashboards
• Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts and actual expenditures.
• Coordinate project governance meetings, record and track follow-up action items.
• Support portfolio planning, intake, and prioritization activities.
• Perform data validation and maintain information within the portfolio management tool, ServiceNow.
• Perform analysis and develop summary views utilizing the data to tell a story.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate portfolio performance and key metrics.
• Assist with month-end and quarterly reporting activities.
• Support portfolio governance by preparing reporting materials for leadership meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Maintain reporting documentation, report definitions and standard operating procedures.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, management, finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and passion for working with data.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with ServiceNow and GitLab preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities.

This position is available on a corp-to-corp basis or as a W2 position with a competitive benefits package.
