Programmer Analyst
DataStaff, Inc. is in need of a Programmer Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Richmond, VA.
*This position is onsite five days a week for the first 30 days. After that period, they may transition to a three-day onsite schedule based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, develop, and implement data modernization of vital statistics and vital records-related projects.
- Migrate all existing PLSQL Web Toolkit applications or pages to Oracle APEX. Oracle Application Express (APEX) is a low-code development platform that enables you to build scalable, secure enterprise apps with world-class features that can be deployed anywhere.
- Primary focus will be the data modernization of vital statistics and vital records-related projects.
Required Skills:
- 5 Years - Oracle 11g/18c/19c database
- 5 Years - Strong SQL and PL/SQL experience
- 5 Years - JavaScript OR jQuery
- 5 Years - Oracle APEX
Desired Skills:
- 2 Years - Oracle PL/SQL web toolkit
- 2 Years - RESTful and SOAP web services.
