Microsoft 365 & Copilot Training Specialist
DataStaff, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft 365 & Copilot Training Specialist for a part time (30 hours/week) contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC
Responsibilities:
You’ll design and deliver engaging, practical training sessions that show employees how to work smarter—not just differently. Using real-world scenarios and role-specific examples, you’ll help teams unlock the full value of tools like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
You won’t just teach features—you’ll drive adoption. That means helping users understand why and how these tools improve their work, and measuring success through increased usage, efficiency gains, and strong user feedback.
Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Copilot in real business environments
- Proven ability to train diverse audiences, from beginners to advanced users
- A practical, scenario-based approach to teaching (not just theory or demos)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience supporting change management or technology adoption initiatives
Activities:
- Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly training materials
- Plan and lead focused training sessions and workshops
- Gather feedback through surveys, polls, and direct engagement
- Continuously refine training based on user needs and outcomes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve questions and improve content
This opportunity is available on a corp to corp basis or as a W2 position with a competitive benefits package.
