Dynamics 365/Power Apps Specialist
DataStaff, Inc. is currently seeking a Dynamics 365/Power Apps Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level system management, configuration, administration and support SSRS application deployed, which implemented in Microsoft Power Apps platform using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Demonstrate skills in Microsoft Power Apps platform, Microsoft Dynamics365 and the ability to work under a tight timeline.
- Work with both mid and senior-level business executives and IT personnel to refine and execute program requirements.
- Planning, designing, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions/applications.
- Perform system administration, business and workflow process modeling, and business systems integration based on a high degree of knowledge and experience using Microsoft Dynamics framework.
- Design and add code to the repository, troubleshoot system issues and perform day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure MS Dynamics is optimized to meet business goals.
- Create and modify views, entities, reports in Dynamics in a Development Environment, test same and publish to Production
- Create and modify Flows, Solutions and Gateways in PowerApps in Development Environment, test same and publish to Production
- Create and update Dynamics Security Roles in the system and modify as needed.
- Create, modify and Publish Microsoft Power BI reports.
- Perform data analysis using Excel, Power Query, and other tools to support reporting and analytics needs. Implement security measures and ensure data is presented to the appropriate audience through role-based access.
- Work with staff on tenant level changes.
- Work with staff on application specific issues encountered.
- Create and modify Power Automate (Flows).
- Support the connection to external applications if applicable
- Ensure integrations have access to Production assets including CDS, PowerApps, Azure, and Exchange/O365.
- Export solutions from Dev environments as managed and import into UAT and Production
- Provide rapid application development and system administration/configuration support.
- Participation in strategic and tactical planning with Business Partners, Vendors, and organizational unit management
- Participating in project planning and estimating efforts
- Consultation and planning for specific modifications and enhancements to production applications/information systems
- Monitoring technical effort activities for adherence to schedules, milestones and deliverables
- Monitoring efforts for quality assurance and adherence to state, departmental and divisional standards and procedures
- Application/information system assessment and performance monitoring to avoid preventable interruption of production and to provide optimum quality service to the clients
Knowledge and Skills:
- Have significant knowledge in Dynamics CRM Best Practices, Entities/Tables, Workflows, configurations, Business Process Flows, Portals, custom development, integration development, Reporting, Dashboards, Web Resources, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Dataverse and CRM Solutions File Management.
- Have extensive experience implementing solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps platform such as Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages.
- Proficiency in Power Platform concepts and methodologies, including Model driven Apps.
- Requires an extensive level of business/business application knowledge, a specialized/advanced technical skill set, or extended experience in a specialized/advanced technical skill set.
- Requires independent initiative and action in decision making, analysis, design, programming, and troubleshooting arenas.
Required Skills:
- 7 Years - Significant knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a senior Developer.
- 7 Years - Significant knowledge in Power Platform concepts and methodologies.
- 7 Years - Significant knowledge in Power App and Power Automate for system integrations.
- 7 Years - Significant knowledge in Power Apps portal, portal management and web role configuration in Power Apps ‘portal management’
- 7 Years - Good communication skills both oral and written and ability to maintain effective working relationships with end users and staff.
- 7 Years - Power App Web application development with experience in Model driven app.
- 7 Years - Experience in Solution Architecture, Web application and / or implementation of CRM solution including Development
- 7 Years - Experience in administering Microsoft Power Pages, Microsoft Model Driven Apps, Microsoft Power Automate
- 7 Years - Experience in Microsoft .Net core, C# and JavaScript
- 5 Years - Knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
- 5 Years - Knowledge of Azure Build and Release pipeline to automate deployment process for Dynamics/ Power Apps
- 5 Years - Experience in Microsoft Dataverse.
- 5 Years - Experience in Power BI reports Development.
- 5 Years - Visual Developer Tools including XRMToolBox, Plug ins, Ribbon Workbench and REST Builder for API calls
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience working with State government.
