Data Analysis and Management
DataStaff, Inc is seeking a Data Analysis and Management Professional for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients located in Rocky Mount, NC
Job Duties:
- Develop technical specifications for Population Health policies, such as Tailored Care Management, in support of the BH I/DD Tailored Plan and Child and Family Services Plan launch.
- Collaborate with the Evaluation team to develop reports used for monitoring Population Health managed care programs.
- Review and provide feedback on data received from managed care plan-submitted reports used for monitoring.
- Analyze managed care plan report data in conjunction with other stakeholders and interpret its implications for program success.
- Work with the Evaluation team to develop data sets used to produce analyses that support data driven decision-making.
- Produce presentations, reports, and policy briefs, which effectively communicate complex issues to internal and external stakeholders at various levels of understanding.
Requirements:
A Master's degree in Public Health, Health Care or Public Administration, Health Policy Research, Health Services Research, Social Work, Sociology, Economics, or related field is required with experience in research and data analytics in a health care/health insurance environment strongly preferred
