Customer Solutions Analyst
DataStaff, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Solutions Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC.
The Customer Solutions Analyst plays a key role in delivering high-quality support to customers across North America. Operating in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, this position handles incoming inquiries and order-related requests, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently, accurately, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three days onsite each week (Monday–Thursday), with a total workload of approximately 20–30 hours per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance:
Deliver prompt, reliable support for customer inquiries and order needs, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in a front-line support capacity. - Order Processing & Coordination:
Manage and process orders received through various channels such as EDI, fax, email, phone, and CRM systems. Track daily order flow and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. - Product & Service Expertise:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services to effectively assist both prospective and existing customers. - Regulatory & Process Adherence:
Follow established procedures and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements, including industry standards. - Documentation & Quality Standards:
Accurately record all customer interactions while maintaining high standards for responsiveness, efficiency, and service quality. - Process Improvement:
Proactively identify areas for improvement in workflows and customer experience, contributing to reduced errors and enhanced service delivery.
