Configuration Analyst
DataStaff, Inc. is in need of a Configuration Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC.
* This position is hybrid; 2 days/week are onsite
Responsibilities:
- Assist with provisioning and troubleshooting user accounts/issues associated with North Carolina Identity Management (NCID) in production and training environments for PATH NC.
- Assist users with understanding multifactor authentication (MFA) and assist with confirming each user has successfully enrolled in MFA.
- Work closely with state and county systems administrators via the ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system.
- Assist with granting access to users so they can export reports from PATH NC.
- Ability to research, analyze and interpret automated system issues
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in oral and written form with staff at all levels using excellent telephone etiquette and skills.
Required Skills:
- 3 Years - Experience and knowledge of browser-based applications.
- 5 Years- Experience researching, analyzing and interpreting automated system problems.
- 1 Year -Experience working in an Application/Production Support-based (not hardware) help desk environment.
Desired Skills:
- 1 Year - Broad knowledge of the PATH NC application and functionality.
- 1 Year - Experience working with NC Identity Management (NCID) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
