Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day paralegal support to the corporate legal department.
Serve as the primary liaison between Legal and cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other business units.
Draft, review, and revise commercial agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and other technology-related contracts.
Coordinate contract review, approval, and execution through a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
Organize and maintain legal documentation, case files, and supporting evidence while coordinating with outside counsel as needed.
Assist with legal matters involving technology transactions, intellectual property, compliance, and data privacy.
Support compliance initiatives by helping ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Utilize legal technology and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and support business operations.
Expected Deliverables
Provide timely, accurate legal support for commercial contracts and legal documentation.
Manage contract workflows and maintain organized records within the CLM system.
Support legal matters by coordinating documentation with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.
Ensure contracts and legal processes comply with applicable regulatory and corporate requirements.
Improve legal department efficiency through effective use of legal technology and AI-enabled tools.
Build collaborative relationships across Legal, Sales, Finance, Operations, and other business functions.
Required Skills
Degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; coursework in technology law is a plus.
Experience supporting an in-house legal department, preferably within a technology, software, SaaS, or professional services organization.
Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, or enhance business processes.
Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and related contracts.
Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and legal document management platforms.
Knowledge of technology transactions, intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments.

The CDO is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise data strategy, a Data as a Service (DaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) company serving the North American freight rail industry. The role owns the complete data landscape of the company—how data is collected, organized, governed, analyzed, operationalized, and commercialized.
The CDO will leverage the company’s extensive freight rail and network data assets to drive both operational excellence and commercial growth, expanding the company’s product portfolio and increasing revenue through data-driven solutions. CDO will use our vast database of freight rail data, applying machine learning, artificial intelligence and general information technology tools and techniques.
