DataStaff, Inc. is currently seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to fill a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in the state of New York.

NOTE: This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the state of New York.

It requires you to have a professional, quiet workspace, free from distractions with high-speed hard-wired ethernet internet capability and a reliable PC/Laptop with Windows 10, webcam, smartphone, and headset with microphone.

*Hours of Operation for the Project is Mon-Fri from 8A – 7P and Sat & Sun from 10A -6P

*Weekends are required for this position, must be willing to work 4 consecutive weekends


  • Conducts timely outreach and meets productivity targets related to rescheduling assessment appointments with all appropriate consumers identified and documents all outreach activities for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Ensures consumer needs are met when scheduling assessment appointments and the most appropriate resource is assigned to complete the assessment.
  • Ensures the scheduling process and workflow runs efficiently and meets all program objectives and quickly identifies areas for improvement or correction.
  • Assists in coordinating last minute scheduling changes to ensure assessment appointments are completed and quickly communicating updates to appropriate parties.
  • Provides administrative support to the Operations Support Supervisor.
  • Maintains work instructions and policy and procedures in relation to the Project
  • Meets all standards established for this position as outlined in the corresponding annual performance criteria and bonus template for this position.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by Management.


Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of related work experience required (defined as either program experience with the Conflict Free Evaluation and Enrollment Center (CFEEC) and/or dispatcher experience in a call center)
  • Demonstrated, concrete knowledge of workforce management calculations, technologies and key performance indicators
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with scheduling and using scheduling software
  • Knowledge of the CFEEC project
