Job Description: The Clinical Documentation (Clin Doc) Analyst supports the Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities in the ongoing support of the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Key Responsibilities
Provide application support and build for Epic Clinical Documentation, including nursing, therapies (PT/OT/SLP/Rehab), behavioral health, and long-term care workflows.
Collaborate with clinical end users to gather requirements, document workflows, and implement changes.
Perform system testing, validation, and end-user support during Epic build, upgrades, and go-live.
Assist with Epic training and at-the-elbow support for clinical documentation users.
Troubleshoot issues reported through ServiceNow and provide timely resolutions or escalate appropriately.
Support regulatory and compliance requirements for documentation standards (CMS, Joint Commission, State policies).
Work closely with other Epic module teams (Orders, HIM, Identity, etc.) to ensure workflow integration.
Required Skills:
7 Years - Epic Clin Doc certification
7 Years - Epic implementation or operations support experience
7 Years - Strong understanding of clinical documentation practices in healthcare settings
7 Years - Ability to analyze workflow needs and translate them into Epic configuration.
7 Years - Previous experience as an Epic Clinical Documentation Analyst or Builder in a healthcare environment.
Desired Skills:
3 Years - Epic Behavioral Health (BH) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) certification strongly preferred.

Job Description: Our client is seeking a skilled Application Product Analyst/Tester. The systems team is looking to utilize the right resource for change requests that range from problem tickets (quick fixes) to major enhancements. This position will test applications that support Child Welfare, Child Care Assistance, Food Assistance, Family Investment Program, Medicaid, and Child Support. In addition to testing duties, the agency is looking for automated test data creation & maintenance experience, ability to create master data test plans, and light Business Analyst duties, which will mostly involve gathering requirements around production issues and light enhancements. Most systems are centralized, but there are distributed systems as well that are used in field offices and facilities. Many systems are homegrown, while some systems use third-party applications.
Responsibilities:
Play a critical role in testing products to verify against specifications and validating product feature concepts for future and current requirements using manual testing processes and automated regression testing suites.
Write master data test plans.
Write scripts for automated regression testing.
Write scripts and procedures to help create and maintain testing data/regions.
Maintain documentation in the study library or the tools provided for knowledge management and future benchmarking.
Maintain comprehensive documentation in designated knowledge management tools or study libraries for future reference and benchmarking.
Serve as a resource and active participant in business process redesign initiatives; assist stakeholders in evaluating how system enhancements can improve process flow and business functionality.

Knowledge and Experience:

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. etc.
Extracting & doc Bus Rules embedded in third-party utilities, & other data manipulation products; in both business & functional aspects of Bus rules.
Create a document describing the data transformation for every data element over a specific period (daily, weekly, monthly).
Accurately prepare written correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional, and engaging.

Job Description: This position ensures that orders management workflows—such as provider order entry, nursing orders, order sets, and integrated ancillary services—are implemented, maintained, and optimized to support safe, efficient, and compliant patient care across 13 state-operated healthcare facilities. The analyst collaborates with clinical providers, nursing staff, pharmacists, and ancillary departments (e.g., lab, radiology, dietary, therapies) to design, validate, and support orders functionality within Epic.
Key Responsibilities
Provide application build and configuration for Epic Orders workflows (CPOE, order sets, protocols, preference lists, and decision support).
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and ancillary staff to gather requirements and translate them into system functionality.
