DataStaff, Inc. is in need of an SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant / Project Manager for a contract opportunity with one of our direct clients.
This position is a remote role with limited travel, if any.
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced U.S.-based SAP functional professional with a strong background in SAP Master Data to support and lead enterprise implementation projects in North America. This role blends project leadership, techno-functional consulting, and client-facing responsibilities, with opportunities to contribute to both solution delivery and market growth. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP experience, particularly in Master Data Governance (MDG), and is comfortable working directly with customers to design, implement, and support modern data governance solutions built on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including environments transitioning to SAP S/4HANA.
Lead and manage SAP MDG-related implementation projects for enterprise clients in North America.
Act as a primary client-facing consultant, ensuring successful delivery from design through go-live and post-implementation support.
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
Business Development & Pre-Sales Support
Support business growth by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Solution Design, Configuration & Testing
Design, configure, and test master data governance solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
Ensure data governance workflows, validations, and integrations are effectively implemented.
Validate solution quality, performance, and adherence to governance standards.
Issue Resolution & Ongoing Support
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solution design, implementation, and performance.
Provide post-implementation guidance and support to ensure long-term client success.
Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Create and maintain high-quality documentation covering solution design, configuration, testing, and support processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
Mentor and support junior consultants as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong experience in SAP functional roles, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), or related master data management solutions.
Hands-on experience with MDG platforms; prior exposure to no-code or low-code governance tools is a plus (training available).
Solid understanding of data governance principles, workflows, and SAP landscape integrations.
Proven success in client-facing roles, balancing delivery responsibilities with business development support.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel within North America as required.

This effort centers on building MyPAS 3.0, a modern Azure-hosted pension administration system that integrates seamlessly with MyTRS and MyERS. Requirements:
Knowledge of modern application development frameworks, programming languages, and secure coding practices

Job Description: Our client requires a Software Quality Assurance Analyst 3 (SQAA3) to build and support automated testing frameworks and tests that will be used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to established standards. The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will build (write code) and support automated testing, with a specific emphasis on the creation, execution, and management of automated tests across all levels of testing, including unit, functional, integration, user acceptance, and Production deployment validation testing. They seek a candidate with demonstrated skills and experience in building automated testing frameworks. The candidate needs to have experience and expertise in creating test plans and test scripts from the customer’s perspective to ensure that automation delivers the intended results and satisfies the specified business requirements. They will build automation to meet the technical needs of reusability, sustainability, and open standards, and to maximize the return on the investment in automation.
The Quality Assurance Engineer has strong experience in software testing and a growing focus on AI-driven quality practices. This role combines traditional QA disciplines withmodern AI/MLtesting strategies, including validating AI models, automating test flows with AI-assisted tooling, and improving product quality using intelligent test frameworks.
This project is being developed using the Scrum (Agile) development methodology. The candidate should have demonstrated experience with executing and managing automated testing in an Agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities
