Remote Call Center Representatives. - Bilingual (Multiple Languages)
DataStaff is currently seeking Remote Call Center Representatives with our client in the New York City area. The CSR's will support enrollment and customer education services for a large contact center operation. This role is ideal for candidates with prior call center or customer service experience who are comfortable working in a high-volume, structured environment.

Training Schedule
- Mandatory full-time training for 4 weeks
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
- Attendance during training is required with no exceptions
Work Schedule (Post-Training)
- Shifts may include:
- 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
- 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST
- 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST
- Minimum 4 days per week required after training
- Availability required Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST
- Some Saturday work required (10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST)
Languages
- English, Spanish, Haitian Creole
- Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali
Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak the designated language fluently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound enrollment-related calls
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional information to callers
- Educate individuals on available healthcare and managed care options
- Assess caller needs and assist with plan selection
- Assist with enrollment and disenrollment processes
- Review enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness
- Receive, sort, and process enrollment-related documentation
- Escalate issues or concerns to supervisors as appropriate
- Support enrollment and education activities during high call volume periods
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
- Some Saturday coverage required
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service experience required
- 1–2 years of call center experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and retain detailed program information during intensive training
- Strong computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple systems
- Ability to multitask, follow directions, and work effectively under pressure
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Professional, courteous, and team-oriented demeanor
Remote Work Requirements (BYOD)
Candidates must provide their own equipment and meet the following requirements:
- Desktop or laptop computer (Windows or macOS only – no Chromebooks)
- Windows 10 or newer
- macOS Catalina (10.15) or newer
- USB wired headset with microphone and noise suppression (Bluetooth not permitted)
- High-speed wired internet connection:
- Minimum 25 Mbps download (50 Mbps if shared)
- Minimum 5 Mbps upload (10 Mbps preferred)
- Mobile hotspots not permitted
- Professional, quiet workspace free from distractions
