DataStaff, Inc. is in immediate need of a Help Desk Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Durham, NC.

Responsibilities:
Support the CWS/PATH NC application by assisting outside customers/service providers who are accessing the system.
Requires a high level of customer experience, and is not a hardware-based help desk role.
Acts as a member of the Operations and Maintenance Support Team responsible for monitoring incoming service provider issues unable to be resolved by front line Help Desk staff by diagnosing the root cause and resolving isolated issues or, if required, escalating provider issues to development staff.
Works closely with business and technical teams to troubleshoot issues with a focus on determining root cause to prevent recurrence.
Issues may be referred to specialized business/policy staff, software developers and/or client implementation specialists.
Works with multiple groups to work through complex issues that include replicating, isolating and identifying a root cause while providing workarounds and testing, fixes, and patches, and may assist with setup of staging or test environments.
May recommend product and process improvement strategies based on perceived trends or patterns in field issues.
Will be a liaison between Business, Program Management, System Development and A&I Tech Architects to coordinate any system change requests being created, budgeted, approved and implemented.
Required Skills:
3 Years - Experience and knowledge of browser-based applications.
5 Years- Experience researching, analyzing and interpreting automated system problems.
3 Years -Experience working in an Application/Production Support based (not hardware) help desk environment.
3 Years - Experience in phone-based Customer Service focused roles, being able to think and respond quickly to customer questions.
Desired Skills:
3 Years - Working knowledge of social services and subsidized Child Care / Providers.
3 Years - Broad knowledge of the CWIS/PATH NC application and functionality.
5 Years - Experience writing and running SQL queries.

Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft Azure Synapse developer to provide business and system analysis, modeling, design, developing and maintaining Medicaid reporting solutions and semantic models. This role will work closely with the internal business team and Medicaid team to develop new reports and maintain the reporting code for some of the enhancements based on the backlog of change requests from the business and help fix some of the defects from the backlog as well.
Strong experiences in design, build, and manage data warehouses
5 or more years Oracle PL/SQL
Strong working knowledge Business intelligence and reporting tool (BIRT) and the understanding of the underlying data and tables in IBM Curam framework for the product delivery cases and the financial part to support all kinds of reports for case workers
Strong working knowledge of Build data analytics solutions using Azure Synapse serverless SQL pools
Demonstrated experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, including Synapse pipelines, SQL pools, and Spark pools.
1-2 years of experience utilizing Python, PySpark, and SparkSQL on Azure Cloud
Experience configuring, designing, developing and testing dash boards using Power BI
Lead and mentor other reporting developers in data integration efforts, utilizing ETL design patterns, error handling and configurations
Required Skills:
5 Years - Experience programming and design of large scale web based distributed systems
5 Years - Experience in using Oracle, Oracle Utilities, ETL tools such as Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
5 Years - Experience with SQL scripting and Relational Database modeling
5 Years - Experience with structured system development methodologies
Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customers by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency; independently identify options.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures.
Desired Skills:
2 Years - Prefer experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects or BIRT
2 Years - Prefer Data Warehouse experience
