DataStaff, Inc. is currently seeking an Insider Threat Program Manager for a long-term opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC.

This position will require compliance with any COVID-19 vaccination policies that are promulgated by DataStaff, Inc.’s client and/or state, and local laws.

*The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work from home upon department approval

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for strategic planning, capability analysis, stakeholder engagement, policy development and governance around implementing the Insider Threat program for the department.
• This resource is responsible for setting up the insider threat program at the client level.
• Take care of technical services such as design and lead the development and roll out of new technologies being implemented to support the program.
• Interact will multiple divisions including our Medicaid, Technology and Human Resources divisions.
• Bring our client into compliance with federal mandate of implementing an insider threat program.

Required Skills:

• 5 Years: Prior experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Network Operation Center (NOC)
• 7 Years: Project management experience and/or experience leading complex technical projects plus hands-on experience in insider threat analysis
• 5 Years: Experience with User and Entity Behavior Analytics
• 7 Years: Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) security controls
• 5 Years: Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk
• 5 Years: Must be able to serve as a knowledge base for organizations as it relates to compliance requirements and mitigation strategies
• 3 Years: Experience in digital forensics
• 3 Years: Experience in building Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR)

Desired Skills:

• 7 Years – Familiar with NIST 800-53 Rev 4. ISO-27001, HIPAA and IRS Pub 1075

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related discipline
