DataStaff, Inc. is in immediate need of a Front Desk Receptionist for a contract to hire opportunity with one of our direct clients in Goldsboro, NC.

Our client is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to manage the front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Front Desk Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the company. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Front Desk Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.

This is a temp to perm role with growth potential as you take on more responsibility. Once perm, it will be salaried and the client will cover 70% of health benefits. They are family owned and operated and have been in business in Goldsboro for over 25 years. Drug tests and criminal background checks are required upon offer.


  • Help Streamline office operations
  • Receive and greet office visitors
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) as well as Outlook
  • Be able to multitask
  • Have a pleasant demeanor and phone etiquette
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Quickbooks knowledge is a big plus
