Position Summary We are seeking an experienced UAT Quality Analyst to support a large-scale modernization initiative within an enterprise public-sector environment. This role will focus heavily on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), front-end user interfaces, workflow validation, customer-facing modules, and enterprise application usability. The UAT Quality Analyst will work closely with business users, product owners, business analysts, developers, project managers, and agency stakeholders to validate enterprise applications and ensure that business and user requirements are successfully delivered. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), front-end application testing, workflow validation, SQL/database analysis, and Agile project environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for enterprise modernization initiatives.
Validate front-end user interfaces, customer-facing portals, workflow functionality, and business process flows.
Collaborate directly with business users and stakeholders to validate business requirements and expected system behavior.
Develop and execute UAT test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and interface testing for enterprise applications.
Analyze business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Work closely with Agile teams during sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, demos, and release activities.
Perform SQL queries and database validation to support testing and verify data accuracy.
Identify, document, track, and retest software defects and interface-related issues.
Coordinate testing activities across business users, QA teams, developers, and project leadership.
Support end-user validation, usability testing, production readiness, and post-deployment verification activities.
Assist with process improvement initiatives and continuous enhancement of UAT and QA practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QA activities.
Experience testing large enterprise applications and modernization initiatives.
Strong experience validating front-end user interfaces and customer-facing business applications.
Hands-on experience with SQL and relational database validation.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience creating and executing UAT test plans, scripts, and defect documentation.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to work directly with business users and functional teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting DMV or public-sector modernization programs.
Experience with enterprise workflow and customer-facing applications.
Knowledge of interface testing and enterprise system integrations.
Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM, or related testing tools.
Experience supporting cloud modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
Prior experience working in large enterprise or government environments.

Job Description: You will support the ongoing operation, stability, and enhancement of a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environment. This role plays a key part in a mission-driven team delivering digital modernization efforts within a regulated sector. This role is centered on ensuring platform quality, reliability, and compliance by driving comprehensive testing strategies across enhancements, upgrades, and integrations within a secure and highly regulated environment.
Primary Responsibilities: Test Planning & Strategy: Develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and cases aligned with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
Automated Testing: Build and maintain automated test suites using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to support repeatable and scalable regression testing.
Functional & Regression Testing: Execute manual and automated tests to validate new functionality and ensure system stability during upgrades and releases.
Compliance Validation: Verify that platform configurations meet required security, privacy, and regulatory standards within a controlled environment.
Defect Tracking & Resolution: Log, track, and manage defects through resolution, collaborating with development teams to identify root causes and ensure fixes are validated.

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including at least 2 years with ServiceNow
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes
Experience with defect tracking and testing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Selenium)
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Columbus, Ohio
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting testing efforts in public sector or regulated environments
Familiarity with accessibility and security testing standards

Job Description: Our client is seeking a skilled Application Product Analyst/Tester. The systems team is looking to utilize the right resource for change requests that range from problem tickets (quick fixes) to major enhancements. This position will test applications that support Child Welfare, Child Care Assistance, Food Assistance, Family Investment Program, Medicaid, and Child Support. In addition to testing duties, the agency is looking for automated test data creation & maintenance experience, ability to create master data test plans, and light Business Analyst duties, which will mostly involve gathering requirements around production issues and light enhancements. Most systems are centralized, but there are distributed systems as well that are used in field offices and facilities. Many systems are homegrown, while some systems use third-party applications.
Responsibilities:
Play a critical role in testing products to verify against specifications and validating product feature concepts for future and current requirements using manual testing processes and automated regression testing suites.
Write master data test plans.
Write scripts for automated regression testing.
Write scripts and procedures to help create and maintain testing data/regions.
