Additional, certain full-time contract employees may be eligible to receive paid holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO).
After six months of employment with DSI employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan through Transamerica Retirement Services (TRS).

Paid Holidays/Paid Time Off (PTO):
Depending on the terms of the position being offered, certain full-time employees may be eligible for paid holidays and PTO. Eligible employees will accrue 4 hours of PTO each pay cycle after completing sixty (60) days of employment, not to exceed 104 hours, or (13) days per year. Eligible employees also will receive holiday pay for workdays that are observed as holidays by the client to whom the eligible employees are assigned, which results in the client's site being closed. DSI will pay out to eligible employees a maximum of 3 holidays per month and a maximum of 14 holidays per calendar year.
